Who Is Intricate IT?
Intricate IT was created when we noticed (and experienced) that the majority of IT providers provided little value in a real world business environment, so let me explain what we mean by this:
1 ) Support
A lot of the “IT Support” packages we found had a long list of issues that was exempt (or was charged per issue) from the package even including simple things such as Outlook (Email). Plus if a support request took longer than 15 minutes to solve, they would charge extra!
2 ) Security
3 ) Time frames (SLAs)
It seemed to be standard practice to offer really long time frames for support, including 48 hour initial response time to put this in perspective, our average response time via email is 15 minutes (Phone and Live Chat is instant).
4 ) Security Practices
A lot of these companies don’t make security a priority, including not using strong/unique passwords, no MFA and opening up your network/services directly to the internet. This is putting your business at a greater risk!
Why Intricate IT?
We constantly get asked, would you use your own services you sell? The answer is we do!
We use our Managed IT Service on all our IT equipment, it allows us to keep our systems updated and with SentinelOne Next-Gen AV we are even protected against ZeroDay malware (Malware that has never been seen before). We also use our Cloud Backup solution. At the end of the day we only provide services we’ll use, that’s it.
